Olatoye Ogunmola


Olatoye is a versatile and experienced business management professional with deep competencies in Strategy, HR Consulting, Project Management, Finance and Capacity Building. He is a Chartered Accountant, a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner and a Certified ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (1988) and a Master’s degree in Development Economics (1996) and is also a Certified Senior Financial Analyst, a Certified Professional Trainer and an ITIL Continuous Service Improvement Specialist. Withover 30 years’ managerial and consulting experience; covering diverse industrial sectors (Manufacturing, Banking, Telecommunications, Brewery, FMCG & Logistics) and various business sizes, Olatoye has severally led turn-key structural and human transformation projects for small, medium and very large organisations across Nigeria and beyond. He has successfully managed Business Process Re-engineering projects, Organisational Transformation and Change Management Projects, Financial Management and Capital Restructuring Projects and Digital Transformation Projects for very large organisations within the Nigerian business space. Despite his wide exposure to large projects, he has equally been impactful in smaller projects, particularly for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), many of which he has over the years consulted for and assisted in financial advisory and management support capacities. Based on his belief that people build businesses and his excellent skills in people management and HR Consulting, he has acquired astute skills in Recruitment and Placement. He has within the past few years interviewed over 600 business executives for various senior management positions in diverse industrial sectors, and has also led a team of recruitment specialists to assess hundreds of candidates for mid-level and entry positions for many organisations.
